Refunds & Returns & Local Taxes
Because we are so confident that you will LOVE and BENEFIT from MY PA, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy, except on sale items.
If you change your mind, that's okay! We’ve created our 14-day no-questions-asked return policy for this very reason.
If, for some reason, MY PA is not what you hoped it would be, simply email mypaplanner@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'll be returning the item. For US items we will create a return label and deduct the cost of outbound shipping 12 USD and the shipping 12 USD from your order.
For outside USA We will then give you the return address! It will be your responsibility to return the item to us and once we receive the item back in 'pristine' condition, we will happily refund your money minus the outbound shipping fee.
In the UK, we will provide return address details or a label if preferred. In the UK this is £5.50
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER. In a case where an order is returned to the sender, there will be a deduction of at least 12 USD.
Overseas Shipping
We ship a maximum 24 hours from the time of shipment. MY PA is not can not guarantee postage time outside the UK and USA and refunds can not be processed while items are in transit.
Digital Downloads.
Because of the nature of the products we sell, i.e. digital downloads, we do not issue refunds or allow exchanges for any reason. This refund policy is consistent with the standard followed by most other sellers of digital downloads. Digital products can not be returned and as soon as the product is downloaded, the service is deemed as used.
Customs, Duties & Local Taxes
All international orders outside the UK and USA may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes as determined by the destination country’s government. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Important Points to Note:
✔ Responsibility: Import duties and taxes are imposed by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not control or collect these charges.
✔ Payment Requirement: If applicable, these fees must be paid before the package is released for delivery. Failure to do so may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs.
✔ No Refunds on Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is destroyed or not returned, we are unable to provide a refund.
